Bedrooms & Bath

Seven private bedrooms, plus loft sleeping area (8 total rooms) and 3 full baths. Our total bed count is 11, which includes 3 kind, 3 queen, 3 full, and 1 Twin XL. Twin fold-a-way beds upon request. More photos to come.

Bedrooms, bed sizes, and offerings:

We have a total of 8 rooms (including loft) and 11 beds. Below is a list of each. Our standard occupancy is 19 individuals. We allow for 2 additional person (please read below.)

  1. Master Suite: King size bed, en suite full bath, top floor. Sleeps 1-2.

  2. Mauve Room: Queen size bed, main floor. Sleeps 1-2.

  3. Sage Room: Queen size bed, main floor. Sleeps 1-2.

  4. Coral Room: Full size bed, lower level. Sleeps 1-2

  5. Periwinkle Double Room: 2 full size beds, lower level. Sleeps 1-2

  6. Amber middle room: 1 full size bed, lower level. Sleeps 1-2

  7. Sky Loft Room, semi-private: Queen size bed (sleeps 1-2), plus twin XL (Sleeps 1), top floor. This area has curtain room dividers for added privacy. Note that full blackout is not possible in this area.

Provided:

  • Fresh bed quality linens, blankets, and pillows provided.

  • Extra pillows and blankets

  • Room darkening window covers.

  • Clothing storage: closets & hangers

  • Towel set provided per person.

  • Wifi throughout

  • Mini Splits air-conditioning is throughout the main and upper level (Lower Level has Individual thermostat temperature control). Heating throughout as well as new Pella windows for your comfort.

Three full bathrooms.

Each level has a full bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and counter space) with large mirrors. Towels, soap and hairdryer supplied.

Extra persons and/or bed Options:

➜ Extra Persons: Up to 2 extra people (maximum) can be added (bringing the total guest count to 21). A one-time fee of $125 per person applies, which includes a fresh and dressed XL twin Fold-a-bed with a towel set.

➜ Extra, Fold-a-Way Beds: Fold-a-way beds can be provided (with additional fee). Up to 4 fold-a-beds available total. Always come freshly prepared.

Note our two options:

  • Option 1: 2 adult fold-a-beds, $55 each. (Twin XL, long, & thick mattress, slat frame )

  • Option 2: 2 spring fold-a-beds, $45 each.
