Checking in and out

Check-in after 4:00 PM
Checkout before 11:00 AM
Early/late check-in/out can only be confirmed several days before your stay. 1-hour early $85 fee subject to approval.
For courtesy to other guests, we ask that you honor your check-in times.
Self check-in with lockbox

20 guests maximum
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
No parties or events
No commercial photography (permission required with fee)
No smoking
Additional rules: Only guests in contract may be at the property at any time. Visitors must be approved by the host.

1-hour earlier or late… $85 fee

Early / late check-in/outs are not to exceed 1hr & cannot be approved till close to check-in.
If requesting more than 1 hour early or late, additional $55./hr fee applies
Can be arranged, but only one week before check-in.

Extra Early (10am) or Late (4pm) Check-in/Check-out:

Fee of $750.00
Cannot be arranged/scheduled/guaranteed till one/two weeks before check-in, depending on bookings scheduled.

Unapproved (Without written approval) :

Additional fee of $245.00 /per hour for unapproved early, or late check-in/outs that have not been pre-approved in writing.

Showing Marin Vista Retreat:

Marin Vista welcome potential guests to view the home whenever guests are not checked-in (please see booking calander).
- One (1) showing only per group. Because the home books groups of up to 20, we ask that potential bookers coordinate together for the showing.
- Additional Visits:
  - Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra viewing can be arranged with an additional $45 fee, per hour visit.
  - Early drop off of goods is Not available due to liability.
