🏠 House Rules & Stay Policies

• Occupancy: Our maximum capacity is 21 people. This includes overnight guests and any daytime retreat participants.

• Early Drop-off: Due to liability, we cannot allow the early drop-off of luggage, groceries, or goods.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• Parking: All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Strictly no street parking is allowed in Los Ranchitos to ensure emergency vehicle access.

• Parties: No parties or events are permitted.

• Vendors: All outside professionals (caterers, instructors, etc.) must be pre-approved and have their insurance on file with the Host before entering the property.

• Smoking: No smoking allowed on the premises.

• No Outdoor Flames: Strictly No fire pits, charcoal grills, or candles outdoors.

• Photography: Commercial photography requires prior written permission and a fee.

• Sorting Required: Marin has strict recycling and composting rules. Please sort all waste into the marked bins (Trash/Recycle/Compost).

Before you leave: Please ensure all lights and appliances are turned off and the home is secured.
