Early / late check-in/outs are not to exceed 1hr & cannot be approved till close to check-in.

Extra Early (10am) or Late (4pm) Check-in/Check-out:

Fee of $750.00
Cannot be arranged/scheduled/guaranteed till one/two weeks before check-in, depending on bookings scheduled.

🚫 Unapproved Early/Late check-outs (Without written approval) :

Additional fee of $265.00 /per hour for unapproved early, or late check-in/outs that have not been pre-approved in writing dues to scheduling/re-scheduling/new-group check-in/out conflicts.

- One (1) showing only per group. Because the home books groups of up to 20, we ask that potential groups coordinate together for the showing.
- Additional Visits:
  - Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra viewing can be arranged with an additional $45 fee, per hour visit.
  - Early drop off of goods is Not available due to liability.

🏠 House Policy Rules: Respecting the Retreat

To maintain the tranquil nature of this residential community, all guests must observe Marin County rules and the following policies:

➜ Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM enforced. 
➜ Guest Limits: Maximum of 5 daytime visitors are allowed beyond the staying guests. 
🚗 Parking: All vehicles must park according to Parking map provided to avoid neighborhood disruption.
👨‍🍳 Catering Policy: Potential catering vendors must be approved by management with Vendor details submitted and approved at least 30 days prior to check-in. The approved caterer must provide a release of general liability to cover against damage or accident to the home.  (*See Extra’s / Amenities link)
