Seasonal Rates:

*Rates vary by date and availability/ and website host fees and current discounts. Please inquire for exact pricing, of your desired dates - especially for last-minute or shorter-notice bookings.

🌤️ NON - PEAK SEASON 2026/27: (2-night minimum)

  • Check-in: all days except Saturday

  • Book 4+ nights get a 15% discount!

☀️ PEAK SEASON 2026/27: June, July, August - Sept 8

  • 4-night minimum

    Check-in: all days except Saturday

    ➜ Note: * Only 2-night minimum if book Tues, wed night Only. (*Except holidays)

🎁 HOLIDAY RATES - 2026/27:

  • Thanksgiving (11/22- 12/2): INQUIRE

  • Christmas (12/19- 12/30). INQUIRE, *7nt minimum*

  • New Years (12/31-1/3): ..INQUIRE, *2nt minimum*

  • ➜ Note: If booking dates doesn't require the actual holiday date, it may be possible to drop minimum; inquire.

👍 SINGLE NIGHT BOOKINGS:

Allowed in-between bookings, last minute, and or if extra days in month. Inquire: $ 2,695.00 for 1nt.

➕ Extra Guests & Fold-a-Beds”

  • Adding People: We can accommodate up to 21 guests total.

  • Adding People/Extra Bed Requests: Up to 2 extra fold-away beds can be provided for one time fee of $125. Each fold-bed comes completely fresh and dressed including towel set.

➕ ADDITIONAL FEES:

• Cleaning Fee: $675 (one-time per stay)

• Marin County Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%

• Security Deposit: $1,200. (fully refundable)

🌳 Showing Marin Vista Retreat:

Viewings of Marin Vista House available, in-between bookings. Contact us to schedule!

  • ➜ About showing the home:

    • One (1) showing only per group.   Because the home books groups of up to 19 (*21), we ask that potential groups coordinate together for the showing.

    • Additional Visits:

      • Additional visits (after booking) to the home for extra viewing can be arranged with an additional $45 fee, per hour visit.

      • Early drop off of goods is Not available due to liability.

⏱️ Early/Late Check-out Policies

Because the home requires extensive cleaning and maintenance between guests, timing slots are very strict:

  • Standard Requests: 1–2 hour adjustments can be requested exactly one week before check-in.

    • Requests over 1 hour: $85/hr fee.

  • Extended Stay: 10:00 AM Check-in or 4:00 PM Check-out: $600 fee (Must be scheduled 1–2 weeks prior; not guaranteed).

  • 🟢 Upon pre-approval only: (due to scheduling showings and cleaning teams)

  • 1-hour earlier or late… $85 fee

  • Early / late check-in/outs are not to exceed 1hr & cannot be approved till close to check-in.

  • If requesting more than 1 hour early or late, additional $85./hr fee applies

  • Can be arranged, but only one week before check-in if possible.  

  • Extra Early (10am) or Late (4pm) Check-in/Check-out:

  • Fee of $650.00

  • Cannot be arranged/scheduled/guaranteed till one/two weeks before check-in, depending on bookings scheduled.

  • 🚫 Unapproved Early/Late check-outs (Without written approval) :

    • Additional fee of $285.00 /per hour for unapproved early, or late check-in/outs that have not been pre-approved in writing dues to scheduling/re-scheduling/new-group check-in/out conflicts.
