Professional Peace of Mind

We understand the logistics of corporate planning. Marin Vista is a professionally insured venue ($3M Commercial Liability) dedicated to the safety and success of your event.

To ensure compliance with Marin County permits and protect your organization, we utilize a “Retreat Success Framework.” For all business-related stays, we require:

  1. A signed Retreat Addendum (a simple one-page document).

  2. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your organization and any outside vendors.

  3. A final guest list provided 72 hours before arrival.

Note on Occupancy: To maintain the serenity of our neighborhood, we strictly host "residential retreats." This means the home is for the exclusive use of overnight guests only. No outside attendees, public events, or third-party alcohol service are permitted.

Capacity & Comfort

Marin Vista comfortably welcomes 19 occupants (up to 21 with prior permission and a small fee). Whether you are a team of 11 or 21, you’ll enjoy plush spaces, total privacy, and the best views in Marin.
